MEET OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Deb is a retired attorney who has worked as an advocate for native tribes, served as director of the Nebraska Office of Dispute Resolution, and has started and administered nonprofit organizations.  She now works as a consultant to a variety of groups.  Deb and her husband, Jeff, recently moved from North Dakota back to their home state of Nebraska, residing in Lincoln.

Ryan grew up in Minnesota and moved with his wife Andrea and their children to Jamestown in 2021 to become president of his family's business.  This enterprise, Liechty Homes continues to grow and expand.  He is an entrepreneur and investor with a background in real estate, IT management, business startups, and consulting.

Emmanuel is a self-employed businessman and entrepreneur.  He has a great deal of experience in finance, administration, and operations management. He also served in a leadership role in a public/private partnership project in Liberia.  He and his wife, Kanvee, and their children live in Paynesville, Liberia.

Christine was born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada. She moved to North Dakota to attend college in the 1970s and has lived here ever since.  She has degrees in art education and special education and taught high school art for most of her career, retiring in 2021.  She is married to Tim and lives in Jamestown, North Dakota.

Tim Burchill served as a health care administrator in North Dakota for 39  years, retiring in 2021. He was raised on a farm in eastern North Dakota. Tim continues to be an active member of the Jamestown, ND community, where he has lived since 2007.  He has been involved in many nonprofit and service organizations throughout his adult life. He is married to Christine.

Bill Woyah was born in Liberia and has lived there his entire life. He was separated from family during the civil wars, and several family members were able to emigrate to the U. S. He has a background in education, Christian ministry and media production, and will soon be completing a degree in education administration.  He lives in Paynesville, Liberia.

Wanitta was born and raised in Monrovia, Liberia and has lived in Jamestown for a number of years. She and husband Robert have six children. Wanitta is a certified nursing assistant, musician and digital creator and artist.
